On December 28 the head of the region Igor Babushkin presented the award to Igor Shaporin, the BT SVAP LLC board of directors’ chairman, at the solemnity in the Astrakhan Kremlin summing up the results of 2020. The award was presented for his significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the Astrakhan region. In his speech, the Governor thanked the staff of BT SVAP LLC for many years of conscientious work.
