In July 2021 the Production and Logistics Division of SVAP-YUG in Astrakhan completed a set of works on the application of a protective weighting concrete coating using the ZUB technology on pipe products for the needs of "Gazprom Transgaz Kazan".

The delivery of products was carried out within the framework of the Program for the repair of fixed assets of a subsidiary of "Gazprom" PJSC for the object "Minnibaevo-Kazan Trunk Ethane Pipeline DN 500 mm. Overhaul of the reserve line of the underwater passage across the river Sheshma".

The complex supply of pipe products with ZUB coating included special reinforced concrete rings for mounting over the welded joints of concrete-coated pipes and bends. The special design of reinforced concrete rings provides a comprehensive solution to the issues of protection against mechanical damage, providing additional resistance against floating and compensation of stresses in the butt joints of concreted pipes.
